I contacted the NRCS and Ag department and here are some of the recommendation:
Raccoons are tough to control. We don't usually have problems with them in larger scale commercial operations but I can see that there could be a big problems with the smaller scale vineyards in Lamorinda.

Trapping may be most effective but you'll probably need a professional to do this and euthanize them. The Ag Dept works with an authorized trapper to help in ag situations - I think he is with CA Dept of Fish & Game. They should be able to put you in contact with him - he does coyotes, and beavers, and other vertebrate pests - I imagine he might do raccoons also.
