The winemakers class was a huge hit

The winemakers seminar this afternoon was a huge hit and I want to thank Bill English for all of the work he put into it. 18 People attended the meeting today.
The plan going forward is to have quarterly meetings where topics related to winemaking will be discussed.
I have attached a picture and movie clip that Joao captured. Thanks Joao!

I agree; I picked up a number of bits of information that can be used in the future. Thanks again to Bill English for putting this together, and William Massarweh for coming up with a projector for the slides that were shown. A couple of people from the attendees in particular Sal Captain also gave us some good information.
