The attachment associated with this posting is an Adobe pdf copy of the By-Laws showing the changes to be made to various sections of the By-laws. You can either view it online or print it out to read. These changes were necessitated after a thorough review of the provisions by the Board which exposed some inconsistencies and other matters that the Board feels no longer serve the best interests of the organization. The entire Board believes these changes will provide the organization a set of By-Laws that will carry the association forward for years to come.

We ask that you take the time to review the proposed changes by reading the By-Laws and come to the general meeting on April 25 to cast your vote in approval of these changes.

If you have any comments, please post them to this blog now prior to the general meeting. This will allow the Board time to either revise sections based on your comments, or respond to your comment prior to the general meeting.

It is our intent that all discussions regarding administrative matters be ironed out prior the general meeting in order to make the general meeting a more enjoyable and pleasant affair, and to reduce the amount of time usually spent on these administrative issues at these meetings.
