Dear LWGA Members,
A customized online survey for LWGA has been prepared compliments of Professor Mary Coe of Saint Mary’s College. The purpose of the survey is to gather information from the membership in order to better serve our organization in the planning of meetings, events, educational activities and as an informational source for the members.

The survey is simple to fill-out and includes multiple choice questions, yes and no responses and space for your comments, suggestions and feedback about LWGA.
